 Hello everyone today i'm gonna tell you about explanation text.  Halo (Optical Phenomenon) Halo is a optical phenomenon that looks like light circle around the sun and moon. Sometimes this happen in other light sources like street lamp. Halo happens when sun light hit  crystals ice that shaped like stick and prism. After that sun light split up in to the some color. That thing is reflected in a certain direction ( around the sun) and then become ring light around the sun. Halo can happens anywhere, but it mostly happened in the area that have winter season. Illegal logging can cause problems, here are 3 problems of illegal logging. Firstly, if there are not many tree in the jungle/forest, that mean there is no water infiltration.That will cause flood and that flood will go to the near settlements. If the flood reach near  settlements it will cause death and destroyed many public facility and even houses if the flood was big. Covid 19 make students have to study in their house. There is student can do homelearning and there student that have hardtime to homelearning because doesn't have phone or laptop  and can't pay the Internet.   Because of this Indonesian government has policy to gave free Internet for all student and gave free laptop and phone to support their home learning. For small seller, covid 19 has impact for their profit, now their profit is low. Because you f this governmenr gave air for small seller.
